About Us
Prathveer is cultivating over 100 acres of fertile land near Aurangabad, blending traditional farming wisdom with modern practices.The name Prathveer comes from Prath (first, foremost) and Veer (warrior). It also resonates with Prithvi (Earth) — a reminder that our work begins and ends with the land itself.We’re not just farming crops — we’re farming a vision: agriculture that regenerates the earth while building a resilient future.

Our People
1. Kiran Sainath Dahatonde Patil
From his childhood, Kiran has seen his father involved in farming and animal husbandry. He is a double postgraduate (M.Com. & MBA) and has been associated with Prayas Youth Foundation as a vice-secretary to undertake CSR projects in raising forests and increasing green cover. He has a considerable amount of work experience as a Logistics Manager and looked after movement of tons of agri-products through rail throughout Maharashtra. He is an expert in purchase operations and possesses exceptional leadership qualities handling big teams. At present he is also serving in a five-decade old educational group named MIT CSN, which is a group of academic and research institutes.2. Pranay Gupta
Pranay Gupta is an IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad alumnus; and cofounded 91springboard, the first co-working company in India and also awarded as the best incubator by the President of India. He was also instrumental in setting-up and running IIM Ahmedabad's incubator - including programs like Mentoredge, Power of Ideas and iAccelerator.
As part of his professional work, he has led investments in 100+ startups, and helped entrepreneurs in deciding their business strategy, fundraising and networking. He continues to invest in startups via 91ventures, the syndicate fund that he manages; along with his exciting work as a business partner for Stayvista in Goa.3. Pravee Tayal
Pravee studied management from NM, Mumbai and Aston Business School in UK. He has always been close to agri-businesses and real estate via his family business in cotton-processing, sugar, oil-mills and real estate. Sustainability and climate action are areas of keen interest to him.
He has been actively working with various NGOs like Aastha foundation (trustee and Joint Secretary), Eco needs foundation, Praayas Youth Foundation and Swayam siddha school for challenged kids.4. Pravin Pandurang Patil
He is an Engineer by primary profession dealing in Automobile service sector since 19 years. Agriculture has been a part of his life as I saw his Grandfather and Father working in fields to create the best agri-products, developing the fertilizers which were in organic form and were healthy for crops. He started using modern means of farming in his own agricultural land with crops such as Sulbabul, Malabar Timber, Mahagony and White Sandalwood.
Apart from his profession and passion towards agriculture, he is also a sportsperson and loves to run Marathons and till date has successfully completed more than 18 Marathons.5. Ravi Gyanprakash Choudhary:
Ravi is an Agripreneur at heart. He is doing PhD in CSR & Agroforestry domain and decided to dedicate his life for the value addition in the agriculture sector. Ravi is a product of National Cadet Corps – NCC and also part of the prestigious Rajpath Parade 2010. He founded Prayas Youth Foundation (NGO) in 2010 and since then, Prayas has planted more than 8 lakh saplings across India including 80+ Miyawaki forests and 350+ Fruit forests with marginal farmers.
He is a well experienced CSR & environmental professional, with experience of more than 12 years of working in the field of social development sector, particularly for Climate Action projects including Afforestation, Agroforestry, Biodiversity Conservation, Environmental Restoration, Environmental Education, Ecological Restoration etc.6. Ravindra Narayan Gawande
Ravi is a Geologist with a Master’s degree in Geology, and also holds a PGD in Remote Sensing and GIS, specializing in Geo-informatics from the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), ISRO, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, in collaboration with the University of Twente (UT), The Netherlands. He serves as the Secretary of Prayas Youth Foundation, an NGO dedicated to tree plantation, environmental conservation, and raising awareness on environmental issues. When he is not in the field, he also runs his own business of automobile parts manufacturer.
